Building Conditions, Rules, Work Letter & Lease Cost Analysis

Building related requirements and variables can add 15% to 20% to the construction cost of a build out.  These requirements in the form of Building Rules & Regulations, Work Letters, etc. are the most overlooked details in many lease transactions.

The MDW Group has built projects in over 90 Financial District buildings and has thoroughly analyzed the best (and worst) of over 200 Lease Work Letters.

From that experience we developed a 7 page checklist with over 90 detailed items that identify built in costs and items to avoid.  Our analysis will add bottom line value to the negotiations of your purchase or lease contract.
